The Belson Company Service Department has 6 factory trained service technicians, experienced in repair and service of sanitary maintenance equipment, laundry equipment and industrial packaging equipment.
We stock thousands of different parts, and offer same day shipping on stock parts orders placed before noon.
We offer "planned maintenance programs" and repair service on all equipment we sell. Our in-house service department, as well as our road-service vehicles, are stocked and equipped with all common and most used repair parts.
We do periodic training on how to properly operate and maintain equipment either in our "in-house" training facility or at our customers' facilities.
Our goal is to meet and exceed our customers' expectations, whether it is in parts knowledge, trouble shooting or hands-on service of their equipment.
Our job is not finished until our customer is completely satisfied.
